​We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented R&D technician to carry out new product test fits, install video creation, and install manual creation, as well as general vehicle maintenance, and shop help if/when needed. The ideal candidate must be obsessed with continual improvement, someone who never settles for ‘good enough’, displays grit, and have an understanding of typical automotive technician skillsets as well as possess’ the ability to prioritize and execute when it comes to the projects to be done. The ability to work efficiently and proficiently to ensure all details are accounted for during the development process is needed. The ability to simplify and create clear and concise instructions for customers is a must.
