OVERVIEW
The Drag Wing for the Mk5 Toyota Supra is engineered to reduce drag (making the car more slippery when going in a straight line) AND increase downforce (providing more traction and stability)! The increased downforce provides more traction and control, while the decreased drag allows for better acceleration AND top speed. This drag wing truly offers the best of both worlds.
Utilizing state-of-the-art analysis software during the R&D process, we optimized the airfoil for performance, catering specifically to the needs of high horsepower drag and top speed racers. The wing mounts on the factory trunk to manage the additional downforce. During the design process, we utilized in-house scan data which results in a product that features an OEM fit and finish.
This wing pairs incredibly well with our Rear Diffuser, further reducing drag and providing the driver with the rear tire grip needed to lower ETs and ensure driver confidence on the top end.
It's more accurate to call it a spoiler, but wing sounds cooler.

In developing the drag wing, our primary objective was to significantly reduce drag while substantially increasing rear downforce. We accomplished this goal, realizing a remarkable 19-point decrease in drag. Moreover, the drag wing yielded an even more impressive gain in downforce, with this increase being applied to the rear axle. This optimized aerodynamic design enhances overall vehicle stability and performance. Combined with our Rear Diffuser kit, the rear wing decreases drag substantially while adding a small amount of downforce to the car to help reduce Drag ETs and increase driver confidence.
This synergistic effect enhances overall vehicle performance. The added downforce provides greater tractive force to the rear tires, resulting in improved acceleration and reduced wheelspin. Meanwhile, the corresponding drag reduction boosts top speed and allows a more aerodynamic vehicle.
